What is Awakenings?

The Netherlands' defining techno promoter, running since 1997. Awakenings stages the summer festival in Hilvarenbeek, the Gashouder shows during Amsterdam Dance Event, and club nights across the year.

What is the Gashouder?

A circular former gasholder from 1902 that Awakenings turned into the most famous techno room in the Netherlands. The Drumcode ADE nights with Adam Beyer and Bart Skils in this collection were both recorded there.

What is the difference between Awakenings Festival and the ADE shows?

The festival is outdoor, multi-stage, and held in July. The ADE shows are indoor club nights in Amsterdam each October, often themed around one label. This collection has both, plus the New Year's Eve marathon.
